Dr.Hauschka Skin Care & Trip to Asia
In February 2008, Dr.Hauschka Skin Care sponsored the event to mark the première of the film “Trip to Asia” at the Berlinale International Film Festival. Filmed during the Berlin Philharmonic’s tour of Asia, “Trip to Asia” is a moving film about art, the art of harmony – and the art of living.
“Trip to Asia” relates the eternal struggle between ego and community, the age-old quest for harmony with oneself and one’s neighbours that presents itself again and again. A unique artistic and human excursion into the overlapping borderlands of melancholy and enthusiasm, of loneliness and yearning for love. A universal parable about life that uses fascinating images and intoxicating soundscapes to explore the conflict between the individual and society, all of which combines to create a breathtaking cinematic experience.
